Skill: Handstands

Warm Up: 100 Wall Runs followed by 3x AMRAP of HSPU or negatives

WOD L1: 5 rounds for time of:

20 Push Ups
20 KB Walking Lunge Steps (24/16) or with 35/25 plates

WOD L2: 5 rounds for time of:

20 Hand release Push Ups (45/25)
20 KB Walking Lunge Steps (32/24) or 45/35 plates

Big things coming up in the horizon here at Reebok CrossFit Back Bay.  You guys are all aware that we have an internal competition taking place in April.  Next month will also welcome some additional classes that will take advantage of the strength room at box 2.  There are a few other surprises coming up so stay tuned.  Also, Coach Justin has a great write up on strength training that will be featured here in the coming days, so make sure to read that and take it personally.  Other than that, Reebok CrossFit would like to extend a big congratulations to David Friebaum, who just had a little baby girl.
